Organic Search Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AI Search Optimization (AISO/GEO) strategies
• Conduct keyword, prompt, topic, competitor, and search intent research
• Monitor visibility across AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude
• Create detailed content briefs, outlines, and optimization recommendations
• Conduct technical SEO audits and website health assessments
• Build recurring reports to translate data into actionable business insights
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to integrate SEO best practices into PR and social media

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 years of experience in search optimization
• Experience with AI Search Optimization (AISO), GEO, or AEO
• Strong understanding of technical search principles and website architecture
• Proficiency with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4
• Experience with structured data and schema implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital PR and authority-building programs
• Experience developing search-driven content strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
