Our agentic platform automates the entire transaction: discovery, payments, freight, paperwork, warranty, and financing. Based in New York, we’ve raised $18M from Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, and other leading investors.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale organic and earned channels including organic social, press, and content
  • Develop and manage partnerships across creators, industry associations, and platforms
  • Build referral, affiliate, and advocacy programs to turn customers into advocates
  • Optimize presence across SEO and AI answer engines (AEO)
  • Experiment with new channels and build repeatable systems to acquire buyers and sellers
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering to drive compounding growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 4+ years of experience in organic, social, or growth marketing at a high-growth company
  • Proven track record of building and scaling organic growth programs hands-on
  • T-shaped skill set with deep expertise in specific areas and ability to wear multiple hats
  • Ability to build repeatable systems and iterate quickly
  • Comfortable working with high autonomy in an early, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling marketplace businesses
  • Experience growing social channels organically (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
  • Track record of community-led growth
  • Existing relationships with creators or press
