Organic Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across SEO, content distribution, and emerging AI-era discovery channels.
• Lead SEO strategy with a focus on on-page, off-page, and technical fundamentals, including AEO and GEO frameworks.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and inform content direction.
• Identify and launch non-traditional growth channels, such as community-led strategies on platforms like Reddit.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including rankings, organic traffic, share of voice, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to test ideas and build scalable strategies.
• Experiment with new AI tools and automation to improve efficiency across organic channels.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of organic growth marketing experience, ideally within DTC, tech, or healthcare environments.
• Strong SEO foundation with a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth.
• Proficiency with industry tools including GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) frameworks.
• A growth hacker's mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience building growth channels or playbooks from the ground up.
