About the role
Responsibilities
- Build agentic content workflows using AI for research, drafting, and publishing preparation to enable scale.
- Develop automated AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) monitoring systems to track citations and share of answer across AI engines.
- Define the answer-space strategy by identifying high-priority search queries and AI prompts relevant to RevOps and Finance buyers.
- Execute technical and content work, including schema implementation, structured data, and entity relationship optimization.
- Manage the execution model by working with external website and content partners.
- Set and measure a growth roadmap against KPIs including citation rates, organic sessions, and non-paid pipeline.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building or orchestrating agentic and automated workflows using modern AI tooling (e.g., agent frameworks, n8n, Zapier, or LLM APIs).
- Deep understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and cite sources.
- Ability to design and run AEO measurement programs, including defining tracked prompt sets and measuring visibility.
- Proficiency in analyzing Search Console data or LLM-visibility exports to create prioritized action plans.
- Strong product-management instincts with the ability to connect search intent to buyer personas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AEO and LLM-visibility tools such as Profound, Otterly, or Slate.
- Experience implementing complex schema and structured data.
- Familiarity with the RevOps, sales compensation, or ICM software categories.
- A documented track record of running and evaluating SEO or AEO experiments.
