Organic Growth Lead, SEO & AI Search

About the Company

Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade. Through our B2B marketplace and AI systems like FleekSort, we are digitizing the supply chain to make secondhand the first choice and prevent garments from ending up in landfills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) strategy and execution
• Drive organic acquisition and grow the number of new buyers from organic and AI search
• Build presence across the ecosystem LLMs cite, including Reddit, YouTube, and review sites
• Design and build landing pages, topic clusters, and programmatic templates directly in the website
• Manage content across the full intent curve, from UGC-driven head questions to programmatic long-tail pages
• Oversee technical SEO foundations including sitemaps, schema, and site speed
• Implement measurement instrumentation for share-of-voice tracking and signup attribution

Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO and organic growth with full ownership of strategy and execution
• Proven track record of growing organic acquisition in marketplace, e-commerce, or SMB-facing businesses
• Deep SEO fundamentals and a current understanding of how AI is reshaping search discovery
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping landing pages and working directly in a CMS
• Experience with programmatic SEO and shipping template-driven pages at scale
• Analytical fluency with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, or Semrush

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-growth, post-Series B startup environment
• Ability to use LLMs and agents daily to multiply output and research
