Organic Growth Associate

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
• Develop a playbook for community engagement and posting frequency
• Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
• Build a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Measure key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation

Requirements

• 1+ years in community management or organic social
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing regulated categories
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to write in a non-corporate, authentic tone suitable for Reddit and TikTok
• Strategic mindset for building systems and long-term organic trust
