Organ Health Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Renasight and Prospera genetic and cfDNA tests
• Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies and territory management
• Drive market adoption of the Organ Health portfolio
• Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services
• Develop and execute tailored local business plans to maximize resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales
• Proven track record of closing sales and driving revenue growth
• Ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling
• Existing relationships with KOLs in nephrology or specialty medicine
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs)
• Ability to travel 50% - 75% within the territory
