Organ Health Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market development within nephrology and transplant markets
• Educate and influence clinicians to integrate genetic testing into CKD management protocols
• Cultivate high-trust partnerships with nephrologists, transplant specialists, and KOLs
• Penetrate and expand footprint within large integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and academic medical centers
• Achieve and exceed performance targets through consultative selling and territory management
• Serve as a local clinical and technology expert on diagnostic services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience in diagnostics, genetics, or LDT industry
• Ability to travel up to 35% within the Greensboro-to-Durham corridor
• Proven track record navigating large academic medical systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Pre-existing relationships within the Nephrology space
• Direct experience working with UNC Health, Duke Health, or Wake Forest Baptist Health
