Responsibilities

• Program and adjust collection routes in real-time in collaboration with operations officers to meet evolving needs.
• Plan and construct routes by optimizing the allocation of human and material resources.
• Organize tours with a focus on cost control while respecting internal and external constraints and reference times.
• Receive and verify the compliance of client requests.
• Guarantee respect for service deadlines and ensure clients are informed in real-time of the progress of their orders.
• Inform the sales department of any changes in services to ensure contracts are adjusted to client needs.

Requirements

• Bac +2 or Bac +3 degree in Logistics (e.g., DUT Gestion Transport et Logistique).
• High level of rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong autonomy in managing tasks and decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work within a team and with clients.
