Order to Cash US Market Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the recovery of overdue and upcoming accounts receivable for the US market
• Follow up on pending payments via calls, emails, and payment reminders to clients
• Coordinate with the Sales department to review and track overdue balances by client
• Perform reconciliations with advertising agencies to identify scheduled payments and disputed invoices
• Resolve billing and collection disputes in collaboration with Sales and clients
• Request and recover payment vouchers from US-based clients
• Maintain updated contact information and management records for the client portfolio
• Prepare and send account statements to agencies and direct clients
• Record collections within the corresponding ERP system
• Support administrative and operational activities related to the Order to Cash (O2C) process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or O2C processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems, billing, and collection management tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
