About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end sales file processing, including PP&B, Licensing, and Third-Party revenue streams.
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Validate data integrity across systems such as STARS, EROS, and SAP, resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Deliver timely revenue reporting and analyze trends, variances, and anomalies for management.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure alignment with global deadlines and SLAs.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching, training, and performance tracking.
- Lead initiatives to standardize revenue processing workflows and drive automation opportunities.
- Support the transition of new territories or processes into the shared service model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral).
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze information from multiple corporate systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the music industry or other entertainment fields.
- Prior experience with SAP, Royalty Systems, or Sales Systems.
- Experience leading or participating in large-scale global projects.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
