Order-to-Cash Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sales file processing, including PP&B, Licensing, and Third-Party revenue streams.
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Validate data integrity across systems such as STARS, EROS, and SAP, resolving discrepancies proactively.
• Deliver timely revenue reporting and analyze trends, variances, and anomalies for management.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure alignment with global deadlines and SLAs.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching, training, and performance tracking.
• Lead initiatives to standardize revenue processing workflows and drive automation opportunities.
• Support the transition of new territories or processes into the shared service model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral).
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple corporate systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the music industry or other entertainment fields.
• Prior experience with SAP, Royalty Systems, or Sales Systems.
• Experience leading or participating in large-scale global projects.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
