Order to Cash Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review financial postings, accruals, and General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable reconciliations
• Manage invoicing for deal partners and intercompany invoicing
• Supervise the allocation of cash payments against corresponding agreements
• Monitor JIRA and Cadency systems to escalate and resolve aged items
• Support special projects, transformation initiatives, and business process improvements
• Coordinate with various global teams and affiliates to resolve issues and update KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant professional work experience in finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in both Polish and English (written and oral)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with SAP
• Experience using Business Warehouse
