Order-to-Cash Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order tracking, customer communication, and quotation creation
• Ensure high order data accuracy and maintain backlog commenting according to established standards
• Monitor OtC KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Planning, and global/regional Supply Chain teams to provide order updates
• Support Supply Chain performance reporting, including OTIF analysis and root cause analysis
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate process documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions
• Support master data maintenance for customer, material, and pricing conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent professional experience will be considered)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or Project Coordination
• Solid understanding of business processes and customer service principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to work with data, create reports, and leverage business intelligence tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
