Order-to-Cash Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and process sales files across various income streams to ensure compliance with deal terms
• Manage financial postings, accruals, and General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable reconciliations
• Handle invoicing of deal partners based on sales reporting or contractual terms
• Supervise the allocation of cash payments against corresponding agreements
• Maintain customer and deal setups within internal systems in coordination with Legal and Business Affairs
• Identify and address root causes of issues to drive business process improvements
• Liaise with management, affiliates, and sales partners regarding reporting concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze information from multiple corporate systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the music industry or other entertainment fields
• Prior experience with SAP, Royalty Systems, or Sales Systems
• Additional foreign language skills
