Order to Cash Billing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Rate and price customer activity using bespoke systems
• Generate orders and billing via S/4HANA SD
• Manage and reconcile interfaces from external systems to AR ledgers
• Coordinate order data timelines for timely billing
• Send invoices and credits to customers promptly
• Resolve billing queries by liaising with business units and collections
• Support internal and external audits with documentation
• Proactively seek process improvements and implement solutions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and filters)
• Working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fundamental literacy and numeracy skills
• Willingness to learn and an improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP (ECC6 or S/4) or equivalent ERP systems
• Knowledge of UK Domestic VAT rates
