Order To Cash Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Manage billing documents, cash application entries, and AR reports to ensure accurate financial recording
• Apply accounting and systems knowledge to resolve accounting issues and record financial transactions
• Reconcile and validate journal entries while resolving long-term issues
• Maintain first-level ownership for creating, updating, and training on process documents
• Maintain and update operational data in standard templates and error data banks
• Summarize and present information through detailed analysis
• Focus on quality and contribute to continuous process improvement ideas

Requirements

• College or university degree (or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories)
• Strong accounting and systems knowledge
• Proficiency in deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a self-guided manner and follow standardized procedures
