About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide unique dining experiences through warm, personal, and detailed service
- Take orders for all food and drink requests from guests
- Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize revenue
- Maintain complete knowledge of F&B services, contents, and preparation methods
- Assist in setting up carts and trays for servers
- Perform opening and closing side duties and workstation setup
- Apply food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assist other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times
Requirements
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Service-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide State and Federal requirements (Tuberculosis Clearance)
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
