Order Taker - In Room Dining

Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and professionally
• Take guest orders accurately including food, beverage, and dietary requirements
• Provide menu recommendations and information on promotions
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and Front Office teams for order execution
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery
• Process orders through the hotel ordering system and manage billing information
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in In Room Dining, Food & Beverage, or luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Experience with hotel ordering systems (PMS/POS)
• Excellent spoken English
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure
