Order Support and Data Management

Responsibilities

• Handle Service Now tickets from Sales and Service teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage basic data including Material Master and Vendor Master creation and maintenance.
• Coordinate the Source to Pay (S2P) and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
• Manage the quotation process, including floating RFQs and validating quotes from Engineering and Sales.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Perform quarterly inventory reviews and implement planning actions to reduce non-moving or slow-moving stock.
• Create and maintain product structures (BOM) within the ERP system.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as DOTp and SDOT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data parameters and achieve process performance indicators.

Requirements

• BE / DME degree.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Planning.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems (D365 experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of planning tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and decision-making.
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction tools.
