Order Support and Data Management

Responsibilities

• Handle Service Now tickets from Sales and Service teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage basic data including Material Master and Vendor Master creation and maintenance.
• Coordinate the quotation process, including floating RFQs and validating quotes from Engineering and Sales.
• Manage the Source to Pay (S2P) process and release Purchase Orders (POs) based on requisitions.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers for various components.
• Perform quarterly inventory reviews and implement planning actions to reduce slow-moving stock.
• Create and maintain product structures (BOM) within the ERP system.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as DOTp and SDOT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data parameters and achieve process performance targets.

Requirements

• BE / DME degree.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Planning.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems (D365 experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of planning tools and data extraction tools/languages like SQL.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Alfa Laval Performance System (ALPS) or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of monthly MIS reporting.
