Order Selector

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products according to company standards
• Operate material handling equipment safely and perform required pre-operation inspections
• Pick customer orders by assembling merchandise and preparing pallets for shipment
• Load and unload freight efficiently while verifying accuracy and checking for damage
• Move products to designated storage areas and assist with physical inventories or cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and perform sanitation duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 10–12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull between 10 lbs and 50 lbs without restrictions
• Ability to work in variable environments including fluctuations in noise, lighting, and temperature
• Must be able to obtain NFI certification on an electric pallet jack
• Strong attention to detail, basic math competencies, and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience operating an electric pallet jack or other warehouse distribution equipment
