Order Selector

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
• Build pallets and prepare orders for delivery
• Double check orders for accuracy
• Communicate inventory, stocking, racking, or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35–45 degrees)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• High efficiency, quality, and speed to reach pick-rate targets
• Safety-focused mindset regarding equipment and lifting
