About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive concrete and pumping service orders from customers, ensuring all product specifications and requirements are clearly understood.
- Create orders based on customer needs while optimizing logistics for delivery to minimize rework and improve response times.
- Schedule and capture customer information in the system to maintain strong relationships and effective follow-up.
- Register customer claims and channel them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Transport, or Logistics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, and client negotiation.
- Proven experience in fleet dispatch.
- Strong knowledge of the local city area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Proactive attitude and strong sense of initiative.
- Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
