Order Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Receive concrete and pumping service orders from customers, ensuring all product specifications and requirements are clearly understood.
• Create orders based on customer needs while optimizing logistics for delivery to minimize rework and improve response times.
• Schedule and capture customer information in the system to maintain strong relationships and effective follow-up.
• Register customer claims and channel them to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Transport, or Logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, and client negotiation.
• Proven experience in fleet dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of the local city area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
