Order Puller

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Receive and inspect incoming orders to verify quality and compliance
• Stock and replenish products to maintain proper inventory levels
• Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Coordinate outbound shipping to support retail distribution and logistics
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and follow all safety-sensitive protocols
• Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE)
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment
