Order Processor I

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound dental cases by removing packaging and scanning tracking numbers and associated Rx.
• Use touch screen computers to select case types and capture digital images of impressions.
• Apply Opti-Cide spray and attach auto-generated labels and tags for proper routing.
• Process outbound cases by verifying that all documents, including work orders and invoices, match the dental case.
• Create shipping labels, pack completed dental work into shipping boxes, and attach labels.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Partner with shippers and distributors to validate outbound production and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of related experience in a production or logistics environment.
