Order Processor I

Responsibilities

• Process inbound dental cases by removing packaging and scanning tracking numbers and associated Rx
• Use touch screen computers and image capture systems to select case types and scan digital impressions
• Apply Opti-Cide spray and attach auto-generated labels and tags to ensure proper routing
• Verify outbound cases by ensuring all documents, including work orders and invoices, match the dental case
• Create shipping labels, pack completed dental work into shipping boxes, and attach labels
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift
• Partner with shippers and distributors to validate outbound production and notify management of any issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California
• Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a shipping or logistics environment
