Order Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle and timely process customer orders and enquiry (Import / Export / Trucking)
• Monitor the status of orders and liaise with respective parties to ensure delivery meets targets
• Maintain full set of necessary shipping documents in compliance with company processes and regulatory restrictions
• Update stock cards and prepare weekly stock reports to ensure inventory accuracy
• Interact with 3rd party test houses and logistics providers in day-to-day executions
• Involve in warehouse capacity planning and productivity improvement
• Evaluate data against audit requests and ensure completeness of data
• Assist the Organization Audit Focal in preparing for internal and external audits
• Manage administrative tasks and prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a Logistics Coordinator role or Customer Service in a 3PL Logistics environment
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proficiency with standard business tools, especially Excel
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese to handle overseas stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
