Order Processing & Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities and serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage the full order lifecycle, including entry, confirmations, and status updates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to track progress and mitigate risks or delays.
• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders, suppliers, and factories to ensure timely deliveries.
• Issue purchase orders and track performance through internal KPI dashboards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for high-demand items and participate in regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline purchasing processes and support the centralized function within SAP Business One.

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using computerized accounting software.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to work in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree related to Purchasing or Procurement.
• Fluency in French.
