Order Processing Capital

Responsibilities

• Support business development through order and customer acquisition, product development, and cost optimization
• Manage order timelines from acceptance to delivery, coordinating closely with production control
• Create milestone planning via bill of materials processing in ASAP
• Assist with technical feasibility checks and cost calculations
• Act as a key contact for manufacturing and process-related topics within your area of responsibility
• Perform order processing, controlling, and result monitoring for inter- and intra-company orders
• Support project planning with delivery time forecasts for both standard and complex machinery
• Maintain cost control (forecast) for all associated projects
• Manage order data for monthly capacity planning
• Analyze and minimize quality deviations and quality costs

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in metal technology
• Several years of professional experience
• High degree of flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Master craftsman or HTL degree in mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of SAP
• Previous product-specific knowledge
