About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow orders including reception, preparation, invoicing, and shipping coordination
- Manage the client portfolio to build loyalty and optimize results
- Advise and support professional clients regarding delivery organization and deadlines
- Functionally manage delivery drivers (service providers)
- Lead and mobilize the team to reach objectives while developing individual skills
- Act as a liaison between different departments
Requirements
- Experience in the logistics sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational and rigorous methods
- Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
