Order Preparation Manager

Responsibilities

• Follow orders including reception, preparation, invoicing, and shipping coordination
• Manage the client portfolio to ensure loyalty and optimize results
• Advise and support professional clients regarding delivery organization and deadlines
• Functionally manage delivery drivers (service providers)
• Lead and mobilize the team to achieve objectives using a coach-manager approach
• Act as a liaison between different departments

Requirements

• Experience in the logistics sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational and rigorous methods
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold temperatures
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
