Order Picker

Responsibilities

• Receive or take customer orders via email, fax, telephone, or internet
• Prepare customer orders including picking products, packaging, and labeling for delivery
• Manage customer relations by providing information and advice
• Enter products and quantities into the software for invoicing
• Control necessary documents and elements for billing

Requirements

• Organized and reactive with a sense of customer service
• Dynamic and motivated
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy loads and handling equipment
• Comfortable working in a cool environment
