Order Picker Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy director and participate in defining the point of sale strategy as a member of the CODIR
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop team skills to achieve collective performance
• Guarantee commercial strategy and revenue development through indicator analysis and action plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding purchasing experience and commercial relations
• Manage transverse projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in activity piloting, performance monitoring, and project management
• Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
