About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as deputy director and participate in defining the point of sale strategy as a member of the CODIR
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop team skills to achieve collective performance
- Guarantee commercial strategy and revenue development through indicator analysis and action plans
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding purchasing experience and commercial relations
- Manage transverse projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial and commercial experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in activity piloting, performance monitoring, and project management
- Interest in professional distribution and the food industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
