Order Picker Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and motorized pallet jacks
• Perform warehouse tasks such as unloading, receiving, put away, replenishment, bulk picking, and loading
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety policies and communicating hazards
• Meet warehouse KPIs, including Lines Per Hour (LPH) goals, to support on-time delivery and shipping accuracy
• Use RF scanners and voice pick equipment to ensure accurate order processing
• Assist in training new teammates and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Proven experience operating a cherry picker, reach truck, forklift, and motorized pallet jack
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
• Strong dedication to safety and attention to detail
• Availability to work Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm) with mandatory overtime and potential weekend/evening shifts as needed
