Order Picker

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders
• Count, verify, receive, and organize products from suppliers and customer returns
• Load and unload trucks
• Move products safely in the warehouse and yard using mechanical handling equipment such as forklifts, hydraulic docks, and manual pallet jacks
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and laws

Requirements

• Warehouse experience is an asset
• Ability to learn product knowledge and software systems
• Ability to learn to operate forklifts and other handling machines safely
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability
• High school or college diploma preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Punctuality and reliability
