About the role
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare stock according to customer requirements using RDT equipment
- Assemble customer orders from order profiles
- Ensure products are picked and built safely onto pallets
- Stretch wrap completed orders and present to marshalling area
- Generate performance in line with KPIs
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety and housekeeping
- Identify areas for improvement and report to line leader
Requirements
- Previous experience in a chilled or cold warehouse environment (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to learn
