About the role
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a cherry picker to access inventory up to 30 feet high
- Utilize RF scanning devices to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
- Execute accurate and timely order picking based on pick lists
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report malfunctions
- Meet and exceed Unit Per Hour (UPH) productivity targets
- Maintain an organized and clean picking area
Requirements
- Proven experience as an order picker or in a warehouse position
- Experience or license in handling order pickers, forklifts, or pallet jacks
- Experience using RF devices
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Comfort working at heights
- Ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
