Order Management Specialist (Mechanical Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute internal and external maintenance tasks under professional supervision in accordance with company strategies.
• Design complex, engineering-intensive maintenance and repair tasks within the technical planning system.
• Create technical plans using specialized planning tools.
• Monitor available capacity and ensure necessary start dates for execution, including the involvement of third parties.
• Determine required internal hours, metric units, equipment, and materials.
• Request subcontractor quotes via the Vendor portal and perform technical evaluations of service and material offers.
• Supervise and direct the execution of work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verify subcontractor documentation and completion certificates.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Conceptual thinking and ability to solve problems independently.
• Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Reliability and precision in work execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the maintenance field.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Relevant official certifications (e.g., fire protection or safety technology).
