Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within ERP and CRM systems
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and required approvals
• Monitor order status from initial entry through to fulfillment and final delivery
• Manage order amendments, cancellations, returns, and escalations
• Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for order-related inquiries
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding backorders, delivery timelines, and delays
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, inventory shortages, and shipping delays
• Maintain proper documentation for orders, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping records
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize order cycle times

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain operations
• Experience using SAP ERP systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience within the IT industry
