Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) in the BC365 ERP system for projects and internal purchases
• Manage logistics by monitoring order status, receiving shipments, and coordinating deliveries to end-customers
• Perform inventory management including posting Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), conducting periodic warehouse counts, and maintaining an organized onsite storeroom
• Handle accounting tasks such as booking purchase invoices, posting purchase journals, and ensuring tax compliance
• Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and the completion of 3rd party forms in KSA
• Prepare various reports regarding deliveries, revenue, and cost allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing and logistics, preferably within the IT sector
• Strong background in accounting principles, including journal entries and inventory management
• Proficiency in BC365, Navision, and MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English
• Solid understanding of KSA VAT and withholding tax regulations
• Knowledge of supply chain, international shipping incoterms, and customs regulations
