About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle technical clarification and order entry for spare parts orders
- Process and record customer orders for factory repairs and incoming complaints
- Support quotation creation and commercially close orders
- Advise customers by phone on spare parts and repair matters
- Manage and monitor customer inquiries in the CRM system
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communication
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training with cross-functional skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Clear, understandable, and appreciative communication style
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork
- Self-organization, forward planning, and multitasking ability
- Product knowledge in sun shading systems preferred
