Order Management Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for accuracy and compliance
• Enter orders according to company policy and customer requirements
• Provide customer service to distribution and reseller partners
• Manage order flow through fulfillment and invoicing
• Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries
• Process return requests (RMAs) and customer credits
• Maintain documentation of Order Management processes

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Proficiency in ERP order processing systems and CRM tools like Salesforce
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
