Order Management

Responsibilities

• Manage customer sales orders and confirmations
• Align orders with supply and demand plans
• Coordinate with packaging centers and logistics teams for manufacturing and supply planning
• Ensure on-time delivery to customer ship-to locations
• Monitor and report on late deliveries, inventory shortages, and compliance charges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management or order processing
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or inventory allocation
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
