Order Management Representative

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and adjust customer orders via email and telephone
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into SAP to prevent delivery delays
• Register and follow up on customer complaints and disputes
• Proactively inform customers regarding product availability or delivery issues
• Coordinate daily with production, transport, and other supply chain teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in Order Management or Customer Service within an international environment
• Fluency in both Dutch and French
• Proficiency in English (the primary business language)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP is preferred
