Order Management Director

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Order Management and Quote-to-Executed Contract (Q2EC) operating model to ensure scalability and alignment with growth strategy
• Define and govern global standards, policies, SLAs, and controls for Order Management execution
• Lead end-to-end process design from quote creation through executed contract, ensuring clear ownership across systems
• Drive system optimization and enablement for Salesforce, CPQ, and downstream revenue applications
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to act as a trusted advisor on deal structure and contractual risk
• Lead automation and standardization initiatives to reduce manual effort, cycle time, and error rates
• Establish and govern KPIs focused on quality, velocity, risk, and scalability
• Provide functional leadership to the global Order Management organization, including senior managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Quote-to-Cash
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise process transformation and system enablement
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales models, contracts, and order execution processes
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
