About the role
Responsibilities
- Open, update, and invoice orders in Oracle
- Verify service data against client contracts and internal databases
- Monitor unbilled orders and collaborate with internal staff for resolution
- Review daily reports to ensure timely invoicing and reduce accruals
- Address invoice inquiries from partners and clients
- Distribute invoices according to customer requirements
- Prepare invoices for analysis services in SLIM
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of order management or Accounts Receivable experience
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience with Oracle or SLIM
- Strong organizational and time management skills
