About the role

Responsibilities

  • Open, update, and invoice orders in Oracle
  • Verify service data against client contracts and internal databases
  • Monitor unbilled orders and collaborate with internal staff for resolution
  • Review daily reports to ensure timely invoicing and reduce accruals
  • Address invoice inquiries from partners and clients
  • Distribute invoices according to customer requirements
  • Prepare invoices for analysis services in SLIM

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of order management or Accounts Receivable experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Experience with Oracle or SLIM
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
