Order Management & Billing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational readiness for new monetization launches, including testing, reconciliation, and invoicing integrity.
• Serve as the dedicated operational owner for strategic commercial accounts, ensuring complex contractual terms and usage-based pricing are executed accurately.
• Validate and reconcile customer usage, commercial commitments, and billing data to support compliant revenue recognition and timely month-end close.
• Scale operations through BPO and offshore teams by designing workflows, SOPs, and quality controls.
• Embed AI and automation into Order Management and Billing workflows to reduce manual intervention and identify discrepancies proactively.
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Systems, Accounting, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align quoting, provisioning, and ERP systems.
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to measure billing accuracy, cycle times, and automation rates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Order Management, or Billing Operations within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS billing models, including subscription, usage-based, and hybrid structures.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe, or Metronome.
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes, reconciliations, and SOX compliance frameworks.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex billing scenarios and drive process enhancements.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity.
