Order Management Associate Scientist

Responsibilities

• Fully understand customer project requirements
• Review order details and place internal GENE orders for accurate project setup
• Develop and coordinate project plans aligned with production capacity and timelines
• Monitor end-to-end project progress and ensure milestones are met
• Provide regular project status updates via email or meetings
• Analyze technical issues and provide scientific interpretation for resolution strategies
• Collaborate with production, PM, and QC teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support continuous improvement of production workflows

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Biology or related life science disciplines
• Background in the biological or biotechnology-related industry
• Basic knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology
• Strong technical competency and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• 1+ years of relevant working experience
• Experience in recombinant protein/antibody expression and purification
