Order Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute internal and external maintenance in alignment with production guidelines and company maintenance strategies.
• Verify order texts, technical descriptions, and task lists.
• Create technical plans for selected work orders using the Planning Tool.
• Monitor available capacity and ensure necessary start dates for execution scheduling.
• Determine required internal hours, metric units, equipment, and materials.
• Request, evaluate, and perform mini-bidding for subcontractor offers.
• Prepare order requirements and complex offers for client approval.
• Direct and monitor work execution and verify documentation provided by subcontractors.

Requirements

• University or college degree in engineering.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP user functions.
• Category B driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Strong technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open and effective communication style.
