Order Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Order Management cycle, ensuring accurate and agile order processing from entry to allocation.
• Monitor operational performance and SLA compliance using data-driven insights.
• Ensure process governance, data integrity, and quality to maintain standardization and internal control compliance.
• Resolve conflicts and provide analytical solutions between interface areas and service partners.
• Analyze KPIs and transform data into actionable insights and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation by identifying automation opportunities and proposing solutions using new technologies like Artificial Intelligence.
• Act as a focal point for business areas to communicate operational impacts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and automation tools (VBA, Power BI, and Power Automate).
• Intermediate to advanced English skills for interacting with regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with programming languages for automation, such as Python.
• Interest or experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
